why do mobile homes have gas stoves?

This may not be true with all but in my recent search for a mobile home I have noticed that all of them have gas stoves. Is there a reason for this?

you mean heater or stove top

Mostly because it is a “mobile home “and unless you are at a mobile home park your lot would have electric lines already
hooked up. Gas is much more convenient to fill , transport and it is cheaper than electricity.

If you are buying a mobile home and ordering it you have a choice of gas or electric, however I will take a gas stove any day over electric, especially the smooth top electrics……however they are easy to clean but takes them awhile to heat up and even longer to cool down!
