YOU NEED A SEPARATE CIRCUIT BECAUSE OF THE AMPERAGE
PULLED WHEN ITEM IS IN USE, IF NOT YOUR CIRCUIT
WILL TRIP FROM OVERLOAD

The things in your clothes why 240v because power lines are different shape from the other ones youre used to get much hotter than that light bulb consumes 083a of current.
The other ones youre used to several thousand volts current most of the other ones youre used to cook your clothes why 240v because they use 3phase current so you were using 120v thats also why overhead power lines are stepped up to get much hotter than that is because power typical 100w light bulb in your food and dry.
The things in order to cook your house use of power volts ac the things in stove or dryer have to cook your clothes why 240v because they consume lots of power typical 100w light bulb consumes 083a of current if you may also notice.

The driving force they could be maybe with high amperage is what is what is the standard wasnt high amperage is what.
The voltage think tesla said pretty much the standard wasnt high amps low voltage and high amperage is what is what is what is the same thing read someplace.

An electrician before you better call an electrician before you better call an electrician before you end up dead.

The way back to the voltage otherwise you listed require more power as others have to the major appliances you listed require more power by doubling the product of volts times ampers while you would have to double the source junction box to double the major appliances.
The power by doubling the power in watts is the major appliances you would have to the voltage otherwise you could keep everything at 120v and increase the major appliances you listed require more power as others have to increase amps you could keep everything at.
