    Definitely a food processor. So much easier than chopping with a knife.

    as long as I have a good set of pots and pans, a descent set of knives and a chopping board I’m already a happy puppy. Not much more than a bit of creativity is needed to replace the rest.

    A really and truly non stick frying pan. Because when you make omelettes or pancakes they never turn out right. Oh and you hide it from intruders that insist on poking a fork to destroy it LOL

    I have a big electric frypan which I use nearly everday for everything from frying to spag. sauce, stews and stir fries. I would go totally insane without it.
