Does anyone own the magic bullet?
My boyfriend wanted one for his b-day, so I bought him one. Now I am just wondering if its really as cool as they make it look on TV or if its all infomercial magic.

thanks

Is Recycled (smelted) Iron poorer quality than that from Mined Ore? In stoves for example?

April 30th, 2008
The Enquirer asked:

I am choosing a wood burning stove for a house in Ireland. One manufacturer mentions their stoves are made from Mined Ore only and that this is better quality than recycled or resmelted Iron. Is this is valid claim. None of the other manufacturers mention this.

Just out of curiosity: In the 1950’s why did they hard wire stoves?

April 30th, 2008
mystic_eye_cda asked:

Mom bought me a new stove for Christmas, out of the blue. So let’s just say not a lot of advanced planning went into this. So they dropped of the new stove and the delivery guys took one look at the stove and knew that it would be hard wired in. They moved it and it was.

Now ignoring the fact that I am dumb, and even if there had been an outlet it would probably have been the wrong kind anyway.

Is there any reason they hard wired stoves rather than using plugs?
